Family Photos

We had our good friend from dental school, Sam, come to see us.  He lives in Colorado Spring so hopefully we can have many more get togethers.  While Sam was here, we had him take our family photos.  Sam didn't know what he'd gotten into with trying to capture photos of Nathan.  But we bribed Sam with Cafe Rio so he was willing to try.  It was a struggle to get Nathan to want to sit and look at the camera, but we got a few good ones!

River Drive

While on our way to our family photo shoot last month we passed by the most beautiful spot.  Unfortunately, we had places to be so we couldn't stop.  We were telling our friends, the Murphy's, that it made us want to go take photos, but we weren't sure where to go.  They said they knew where some beautiful photography spots were and that they would show us around.  We stopped by Boathouse Row (#53) and a couple cool bridges that cross the Schuyllkill River.  It was the perfect night out.  Thanks Murphy's!

I Love All of Them

Since Nathan just turned a year old, we I decided it was time for a family photo of the three of us.  I love the job Sarah did!  Thank you Sarah!

Newborn Shots

Well, Part I at least.  There are way more to be edited, but I think it is about time for some more pictures of Nathan to be up on our blog.  We're having way to much fun taking photos of this little guy.  But who wouldn't with a face like that?

Orchid Festival

I'm so glad that we bought passes to Longwood Gardens.  It's great to get out of the city and see something beautiful.  We have definitely gotten our money out of our passes and we still are planning many more trips before our year is up.  Right now they have the Orchid Festival going on and I couldn't be happier.  Not only did they have my first and second favorite flowers everywhere (lilies and orchids respectively), but the smell was amazing.  Their smell was almost better than how beautiful they were.  Too bad for you, you only get the pictures.
